What Linux needs to compete with Windows

It can be difficult for Windows users to change to Linux, even when they want to, because they depend on functions and programs they can use on Windows. Among these are:

1. Renaming files, and highlight-many-files-and-rename-them-all
2. Hotkey screenshots (we use Screenhunter on Windows)
3. Video screen recorder (we use Active Presenter on Windows)
4. Easily pair my Bluetooth devices (Windows does this)
5. Show me processes and their usages live (Windows Task Manager does this)
6. A program just like Paint, but with a few more features
7. It should be easier to install drivers for printers
