Click "free" unless you can afford to pay them, which is probably a good idea because CloudFlare is a great service that does a lot for people and the internet, and does not discriminate or punish unpopular free speech. Copy those 2 DNS items on the right-hand side to your hosting (click "custom" on the DNS section of your domain name). Click save. Click "continue" on CloudFlare. It will say "DNS not active (yet)." You can click "recheck" but NOTE: you can only click it once per hour as of 2017. It takes 24-48 hours to take effect. Often 10-15 minutes.
